One of Playlab Theatre’s primary focuses is producing and staging new works. We achieve this through commissions and developmental programs that guide a work from text to stage, starting in its earliest stages of ideation. We do not produce unsolicited scripts. If you have a script or burning idea you would like to see developed, keep an eye out for Developmental Programs such as Incubator, Sparks or Gather. Alternatively, we also offer Script Assessments from professional dramaturgs who will discuss steps towards production with you if requested. See our For Artists page for more details.
