TEACHING THE CURRICULUM – AN EDUCATOR PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT SERIES
Playlab Theatre’s series of Professional Development workshops are back in May and July 2022 with more content and deeper connections to the current Drama curriculum.
Designed to unpack the conventions of form, style and structure, these workshops provide practical strategies and ideas to explore texts, engage students, deconstruct meaning and the manipulation of the elements of drama across different genres.
Delivered over 2 days, each of these 4 workshops will explore a specific unit through an in-depth analysis of a new Australian play.
Flexible options are available for the series. Choose to attend the full series, one day or individual workshops. Book now to bring the stage into the classroom and gain deeper insights into the stories that are shaping our nation.
