David Knijnenburg first began writing short plays and entertaining his classmates in primary school. He continued creating and performing comedy sketches in high school and whilst at University. Hitchcock & Herrmann is his first play to be performed. His play Robin Hood – Vampire Slayer was commissioned by the Ulverstone Council and performed in Tasmania in 2010.
