TOPIC 5: VERBATIM THEATRE
The following list of plays has been curated by Playlab Theatre staff in order to provide an extended list of plays suitable for study in Topic 5: Verbatim Theatre to provide further examples of how the performance styles, techniques and conventions of Verbatim Theatre can be used to create dramatic shape, theatricality and audience engagement. Each play is built from authentic testimony and community involvement and explore unique and often silenced voices and topics. The selection of plays on this list also provides multiple perspectives and different examples of the application of the techniques and conventions of Verbatim Theatre.
