When her child is murdered, Brihanna wants the killer publicly exposed – in a best selling novel. But for the truth to be told, she needs a ‘ghost’ to write it.
Follow the interlocking lives of Brihanna, her ghostwriter Claudia, Claudia’s lover, and her publisher father, all of whom are affected by the young child’s murder. As each searches for the truth, they are haunted by the past and their need for intimacy.
The Ghost Writer is a compelling tale by award-winning Victorian playwright, Ross Mueller.
First produced by Melbourne Theatre Company at the George Fairfax Studio Arts Centre in March 2007 and has since been produced in Brisbane and Perth.
