Description

How about this weather…?!” This age-old small-talk starter has begun millions of conversations between strangers around the globe – but why this question? What does the weather say that we cannot? 34 Scenes About the Weather is an experiment, an investigation into the way weather affects us all and a celebration of the talents of both emerging and established writers all wrapped up into 100 minutes of theatrical small-talk curated by Blake Hohenhaus and Jordan Riley.

SYNOPSIS

This amorphous and ambitious work of theatre will ask its audience to consider some of the big questions in life: What does the weather truly mean to us? How do we successfully wrestle with forces outside of our control? Will I ever again be brave enough to jump in puddles? Why is Brisbane home to so many great playwrights?
